He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilden M. Higgs and Anna Higgs (Schmidt). He is survived by: his wife Linda Higgs (Lehr); his daughters, Diana Craig (Steven), Mary Ellen Higgs and Amanda M. Tapp (Brock); his stepchildren, Tracy Johnson (Don) and David Sheridan; his brothers, William Higgs, Steven Higgs (Sandy) and Thomas Higgs; his mother-in-law Virginia Lehr; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Lehr. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
