She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Lewis L. Taylor and Attie Jane Blankenship Taylor of Elkview, WV.; and her husband Ralph GarrettThank. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Hayes Snodgrass (Alonzo) of Elkview, WV, Todd Garrett of Kissimmee, FL., Rita Myers Cook (Mike) of Alabama, Ricky E. Hayes and Anthony Scott Hayes; and her sisters, Doris and Mildred. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:20 PM at the Chestua Baptist Cemetery (105 Campground Rd, Madisonville, TN 37354).
