He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Kelly Sr.; his siblings, Pearl Kelly and Cedric Kelly; and his granddaughter Sophia. He is survived by: his wife Shannon Kelly; his children, Leah Kelly, Seth Kelly and Ethan Kelly (Naomi); his mother Connie Kelly; his siblings, Rayford Kelly (Catherine), Steven Carnegie, Joseph Kelly, Philip Kelly (Antionette), Christopher Kelly, Emmaline Muse, Annie Boyd and Lynett Kelly (Matthew Lamson); and his grandchildren, Carter, Jaxon, Kayd'n, Hope, Isaac, Ivey, Jayden and Zyia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
