He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Gail Canaday (Blackwell); his daughters, Alyse Michelle and Kelsea Elizabeth Canaday; and his siblings, Tommy Canaday (Falynn) and Vicki Thompson (Gary). He is also survived by three grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many friends.
