She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald S. Monroe and Lela Monroe-Spiert (Durfee); her husband Walter H. Brown, Sr.; her children, Walter H. Brown, Jr., Charles R. Brown, Rita P. Sullivan (Brown) and Mary M. Brown; and her brothers, Roland Monroe, Norman Monroe and Raymond Spiert.
She is survived by: her children, David E. Brown of Tiffin, Frederick T. Brown of Weldon, New Brunswick, Barbara A. Ferrentino of Ocala and Rebecca R. Wyatt of Ocala, Florida. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
