She was predeceased by: her father Jimmy Harris; her husband Willie Lowery Sr.; her mother Ollie J. Dawson; her daughters, Ruby Rowe and Linda Jamerson; and her sisters, Mary Clark, Emma Smith and Carolyn Jamerson.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Latimer of Mt. Pleasant, Brenda Jones (Allen) of Alachua, FL, Rosa McDavid (Ronald Sr.), Doris Lowery of Orange Lake, FL, Bernadine Lowery, Debra Brown, Sabrina Barber (Jarvis) of Ocala, FL and Gary Lowery of Orlando, FL; her grandchildren, Lawanda Wiggins (Patrick) of Ocala, FL and Norman Brown (Ava) of Ocala, FL; her sister Evelyn Clay of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; her sister-in-law Louise Scott of Orange Lake, FL; her goddaughter Katina Blunt of Ocala, FL; and her sisters, Florrie Stubbins and Juanita Haskins of Orange Lake, FL. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Summers Funeral Home Chapel (2238 NW 10th St, Ocala, FL 34475). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Immerse Church of Ocala (5105 N US Hwy 441, Ocala, FL 34475).
