He was predeceased by: his father David Baillie. He is survived by: his spouse Jaye Sterchi Baillie; his daughter Rebecca Baillie Stumme (Andy Stumme); his grandchildren, Emory and Clark Stumme; his son Sam Baillie (Beth Baillie); and his grandchildren, Henry and Lora Kate Baillie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Russell's name to the David Baillie Scholarship Fund, established in memory of Russell's father, David Baillie.
