He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole and Kaitlyn of Ocala Florida; his wife Annette Ruppert; his brother Randy Maybaum (Kay); and his niece Amy Lavender of Minneapolis Minnesota. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
