It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Russell Kaster of Ocala, Florida, who passed away on July 30, 2025, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Russell departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Russell. Though Russell may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Kaster (Meyer) and A. Russell Kaster; and his wife Gloria Kaster. He is survived by: his sons, Little League, Robert (Laura) and William (Sandra); his stepchildren, Ken (Nina), Susan and Mark Nadeau (Anita); and also Marilyn Kaster. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Springs Catholic Church (4047 NE 21st St, Ocala, FL 34470). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
