He was predeceased by: his grandmother Nancy J. Carrigg; and his aunt Mary Mazzone. He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Mazzone and Ray Mazzone of Ocala; his sister Victoria DeWitt; and his grandparents, Jack, Anne Triplett, Ray and Judy Mazzone. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
