She was predeceased by: her mother Rebecca Slaughter-Johnson; and her sister Rebecca. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Lee Lewis, Sr.; her children, Antonio Lewis, Sr. (Shatoria), Elizabeth and Tish; and her mother-in-law Mary Britton.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Summers Funeral Home Chapel (2238 NW 10th St, Ocala, FL 34475). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the New St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church (4491 NW 27th Ave, Ocala, FL 34475).
