He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Cieplinski Blaisdell and Victor John Cieplinski; and his sisters, Nettie Jackson and Cindee O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Martha Cieplinski; his children, Anne Cieplinski and Chris Jennings; his grandchildren, Dixie and Jacy Jennings; his brother Richard; his sister-in-law Janice Cieplinski; his nephew William (Ashley); and his niece Debbie Jakes.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Love Church (2529 N Magnolia Ave, Ocala, FL 34475).
