He is survived by: his mother Diane DiRuzzaand; his stepparents, Mario DiRuzza and Shellie Creighton; his siblings, Bruce, Marcus Creighton, Eric DiRuzza and Leanne Ballard; his brother-in-law Barry Ballard; his wife Elaina Hogan Creighton; his daughter Avery Creighton; his aunts and uncles, Joanne Fitzsimmons, Laurie Roberts, Brenda Emerson, Holly Creighton, Jimmy Creighton, Harley Creighton and Clark Roberts; and his nieces and nephews, Danielle, Betty, Reese Ballard, Alexa Creighton, Derek, Tanner, Blake, Chase Ballard and Kyson Creighton.
