He was predeceased by: his brother David R. Hubacz. He is survived by: his son Nicholas S. Hubacz; his parents, Andrew F. Hubacz Jr. and Edith L. Hubacz (Lane); and his brothers, Andrew J. (Kellyann Hubacz), Christopher L. Hubacz and Timothy (Mia Hubacz). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
