He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Allen Foust and Willadean Glassburn. He is survived by: his wife Debra Foust (Shepherd); his children, Emily, Katherine and Richard; his siblings, Patricia Anderson (Ron), Debra Watson (John), Kimberly Strickland (Greg) and Roger Foust; his nieces, Angel (John), Krystal (Steven), Veronica (Scott), Kari, Alyssa, Kayla and Kelly (Bryan); his nephew Matthew (Nicole); and his grandpets, Salem, Squash, Kalabar, Linus and Lucy.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date and in lieu of flowers we ask that you make a donation to your local animal shelter or to your local library in his honor.
