He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Connolly and Josephine Connolly (Dyer); his son Terry; and his brothers, Jack, Frank, Kevin and Danny.
He is survived by: his wife Ellie; his sons, Frank (Amy) and Chris; his grandchildren, Evan, Brynna, Olivia and Ryan Connolly; and his siblings, Mary Jo Gorcyca, Patrick Connolly, Maureen Furey and Mark Connolly. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
