She is survived by: her significant other Floyd Barker Jr.; her daughter Crystal Underwood (David Underwood) of Ocala; her grandchildren, Jasmine, Jayden, Jemma and Jocelyn; and her son Kyle Hereford of Greenville, Pennsylvania.. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and many friends.
