He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas and Eugenia Kincaid Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Simpkins Brooks of Ocala, FL; his daughters, Heather Lozada (Paul) of Jay, FL and Tracy Joyce (Wayne) of Gilbertsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Mason Joyce, Madison and Aaron Lozada.
