He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Meissner and Theresa Neumeier; his wife Marie Janet Meisser (Blake) of Menominee; and his brothers, Richard and Paul.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Meissner (Peg) of Sussex, WI and Susan (Meissner) Hanson; his children, Tom, Jr. (Diane) and Cindy Speck (Jim); his grandchildren, Shannon Walter (Sam) and Blake Meissner; and his great grandchild Emersyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Marion County, Ocala, Florida.
