He is survived by: his parents, William Kuhns and Doris Kuhns of Gainesville; his wife Kathy of Ocala; his children, Thomas Charles Kuhns II (Kathy) of Cooper City, Amy Roberts of Ocala and Lindsay Leeds (Andrew) of Boca Raton; his granddaughters, Kierstin, Madison, Logan, Maleea and Lina; and his sisters, Wanita Schoenbrod (Michael) of Alachua, Rene Thornton of Ocala and Shelly Grune (Paul) of Gainesville.

Donations can be sent to Hospice of Marion County.
