He was predeceased by: his father William Clark Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Katherine Hubbard; and his sisters, Daisy Davis, Elinora Vernon, Mary Poole, Lillie Hanks (John), Shywhann Gray, Alisha Mears Tamika Cruz (Winston) and Shirley Clark. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and co-workers.

With a strong work ethic and dedication, William served faithfully as a Crew Chief at USS Foundation Services for over 20 years.
