He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosie Lee Flourney and William Powers, Sr.. He is survived by: his significant other Rosetta Bulluck; his sister Alice Crawford; and his children, Samuel Powers, Jacquelyn Inez Powers and Oluwakemi Ivana Powers.
