He is survived by: his significant other Roberta; his children, Stacy Laroche (Patrick), Jessica Windal (Marco Quintero) and William Windal Jr.; his close friend Donna Windal; his grandchildren, Alyssa Selser, Ashley Caceres, Brianna Bottorff, AJ Fester, Precious Conigliaro, Donna Nieves, Gaige Nieves, Matthew Rogers-Windal, Serenity Quintero and Jayden Quintero; and his great grandchildren, Sabirr Breon Jr., Nevaeh Hammil, Aleeyah Bottorff, Summer Fester, Octavia Conigliaro, Landen Earnest and Ariel Nieves.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Warrior Initiative in Bob's honor.
