He was predeceased by: his wife Leila Juliann Choberka. He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Rudolph (Howard Rudolph) of Palm Beach, Susan Gazvoda (Mark Gazvoda) of Cleveland and Margaret Sutton (John) of Delray Beach; his grandchildren, John Paul Ross (Alisa), Connor T Sutton of Lake Worth, Hunter A Rudolph of Palm Beach, Harrison W Rudolph of Palm Beach and Summer A Sutton of Delray Beach; and his goddaughter Debbie Surowka Hart of Jupiter.
