The memory of Elizabeth Barrett of Ocklawaha, Florida, who passed away on April 19, 2025 at the age of 87, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. As we bid adieu to Elizabeth's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Elizabeth has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Henry Wood Jr. of Leominster, MA; her husband Norman J Lalonde; and her former husband Chester Barrett. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Parker (Joe) of Summerfield and Carolyn Wood of Ocala; her brother Bill Marlowe; and her grandsons, Joey Parker of Summerfield and Christopher Ebersole of Ocala.
A private memorial will be held at a later date, and a Catholic Mass in her name said…. any donations to be made to the Marion County Ocala Humane Society.
