He was predeceased by: his parents, George Huggins and Margaret Huggins (Priddy); and his brother Michael O'Shields. He is survived by: his siblings, Tracy Belknap (Matt) and Brian Huggins; and his nieces and nephews, Kristin Hanson (Jeff), Stephanie Jags (Patric), Paul Belknap, Chris O'Shields (Meghan) and Rachael Huggins.
