He was predeceased by : his parents, Ballard Bell and Mattie Bell; and his brothers, Olen Ray Bell, Wayne Bell and Jimmy Bell (Neva Jean Ard).
He is survived by : his son Jeffery Bell (Brittany); his grandchildren, Brayden, Brylee and Alexis; and his siblings, Randall (Ronni), Jackie (Brenda) and Carol (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
