She was predeceased by : her mother Anne Zarnin; and her daughter Jolie Ferrand. She is survived by : her husband Ramon Santiago; her daughters, Melanie Ferrand, Raquel Ferrand, Melissa Santiago and Jessica Santiago; and her grandchildren, Aaron Jankowski, Aiden Ferrand, Juliette Jankowski, Sabrina Ferrand and Ahmi Santiago-Turner. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Spring, a nonprofit organization that provides shelter and services to survivors of domestic violence, in her memory.
