She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lyons and Gretta Smith; her husband Frank; her siblings, Harold and Betty; her daughter-in-law Amy Slusak; and her granddaughter Samantha Slusak.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Slusak Sr. and Frank Slusak (Celestia); her sister Dottie Ferri (Lou) of Long Valley; her grandchildren, Sydney Slusak, Stephen Slusak II, Sean Slusak, Sarah Kindervater (Jordan) and Frank III; and her great grandchildren, Claire, Kate Kindervater, Frank IV and Emerson Slusak.
