She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest C. Forsythe and Mildred Klepinger (Forsythe); and her brother Gary C. Forsythe. She is survived by: her daughter Mindy Armstrong (Ed); her grandson Bryan Armstrong (Emily); her great grandchild Aiden Armstrong; and her sisters, Joy Pittman and Karen White. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and family friends.
