Reginald Joseph Obituary
Reginald Joseph, December 19, 1957 – April 11, 2026
Reginald Joseph, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, passed away on April 11, 2026, at the age of 68, surrounded by his children and older Brother.
Reginald's life was one of movement and purpose. Born in Haiti to the late Roger and Simone Joseph, he was raised in New York and later lived in Montreal before serving his country in the United States Air Force, where he was stationed in the Netherlands. After his service, he journeyed through New York and Atlanta before planting his roots in Odessa, Florida. He went on to build a long and accomplished career in technology, where his expertise, integrity, and natural ability to connect with people made him a trusted advisor, a strategist, and a seller at heart. He was widely known and deeply respected throughout the industry, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he worked with. He mentored many along the way, and to some, he was simply their rabbi. But those who knew him best will remember him most for the light he brought into every room, his quick wit, his unforgettable character, and his gift for finding joy in any moment. He was a devoted soccer and baseball dad who never missed a moment to brag about his kids. He was a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan through every high and low, a proud Tampa Bay Lightning supporter, and a dedicated fantasy football commissioner. He also found great joy on the tennis court and out on the water jet skiing. He had a deep love for travel and a constant curiosity about the world, with a particular passion for war history. He was the kind of man who would listen to and talk with anyone, a loyal and cherished friend to many, and they were always better for it.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Joseph; his children, Reginald Joseph (Sydney), Brandon Joseph (Dr. Katelyn Boykin), Brianna Joseph, and Samantha Joseph; and his grandchildren Coleman, Priscilla, and a grandchild on the way. He is also survived by Deborah Wooten-Joseph, mother of Reginald and Brandon Joseph; and his siblings, Jocelyne Lochard, Pierre Lochard (Candaleen), Michelle Lochard St-Urbain, Fabienne Lochard (Claude Moreau), and Roger Joseph (Rina). Reginald is preceded in death by his sister Yannick Lochard.
Reginald Joseph lived fully, loved deeply, and left every room a little brighter than how he found it. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the family he cherished, and the countless people who were fortunate enough to call him a friend. He will not simply be missed; he will be irreplaceable.
A celebration of his life will be held on May 9th. Details will be shared by the family in the coming days. Contact [email protected]
