He is survived by: his wife Linda; his siblings, Andrea Christie (Dan), Patty Willen, Yolanda Cole (Phil), Linda Leidel (Rusty), Candy Scott and Brian Foster (Manda); his daughters, Angel Duncan, Gini Summerall (Chris) and Kimi Summerall (Daniel); and his granddaughters, Kailey, Presley, Nicole and Autumn. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
