She was predeceased by : her parents, George Mills and Betty Inez Altman Mills; and her sister Cheryl Woodson. She is survived by : her children, Juanita Parham (David), Tina Williams (Billy) of Bellville and Bill Kirkland (Georgia) of Florida; and her siblings, Marge Chandler of Florida, Marty Mills of Florida, Buddy Mills (Jess) of Florida and Kent Mills (Sharon) of Florida. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
