She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Geier and Dorothy Geier; her sister Diane Ballard; her husband Douglas Murphy; and her great grandchild Aiden Braim.
She is survived by: her sister Lynn Geier; her brother-in-law Danny Murphy (Nancy); her daughters, Sheila Braim (Skip), Kimberly Valek (John) and Kelley Frechette; and her grandchildren, Michael Braim, Ryan Braim (Kari), Cody Braim (Ariana), Alexandria Frechette (Lexy) and Rex Valek. She is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren; 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her name to the Center for Dementia Research (https://www.cdr.rfmh.org) which is close to her heart.
