He was predeceased by : his father Paul Pinner; his son Bobby Joe Pinner, Jr.; and his siblings, Fred Pinner and Judy Marsh. He is survived by : his daughter Sheila Ragsdale (Casey); his siblings, Jimmy Pinner (Pam), Ronny Pinner (Judy), Janice Carr and Velma Cox (Charlie); and his close friend Wanda Higgs. He is also survived by three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and other extended family.
