Collins, Charlie Collins (Wendy), Jeremy Collins (Tabitha), Cheryl Weeks, Crystal Valentin, Shawn Weeks and Frankie Weeks; his grandchildren, Dillon, Joyce, Waylon, Trevor, Angel (Autmn), Brittany, Corabell, Emmanuel, Keyanna, Breyanna, Anthony, Mason, Zoe, Eden, Isaiah and Tegan; and his great grandchildren, Gianna and Dillon, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
