He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fowler; his children, Joshua Fowler (Jessica Rhodes Fowler) of South Carolina and Heather Fowler (Teri Ash Blesi) of North Carolina; his granddaughters, Kennedee Michelle and Adalyn Rae; his siblings, Gary (Linda Fowler), Wilbur and Peggy; Donna Kay.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Fowler Cemetery (10093 NE 349 Hwy, Old Town, FL 32680).
