He is survived by : his wife Tara Stevens; his daughters, Ashley Jones (Travis), Jesse Stevens (Albert Cassidy), Mackaylin Prentice (Tommy Polk) and Taylor Kight; his parents, Cary Stevens and Larry Stevens (Pam); and his stepsiblings, Howard Morgan and Marie Stevens. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and other extended family.
