It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Ann Hoyt of Oldsmar, Florida, who passed away on June 14, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Russell and Gardner Butts; her brother Frederick Schmid, Jr. (Carol); her children, Rebecca and David; and her great grandchild Apollo.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah (Dave), Catherine, Jason (Zena), Gregory, Robert and Christine (Greg).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (3303 Belcher Rd, Dunedin, FL 34698). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (22555 Cristo Rey Dr, Los Altos, CA 94024).
