He was predeceased by : his parents, Annie Troup (Blades) and James Troup; his wife Marjorie; and his son Larry Troup (Debra) of Goshen. He is survived by : his daughters, Linda Ritchie and Julie Troup; his grandchildren, Lisa Troup, Laurie Komlanc (Jason) and David Troup; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Tyler Lichkay, Savannah, Holden and Hudson Komlanc; and his great great grandchildren, Jackson and Bowe Lichkay.
