With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucille P. Spicer of Oldsmar, Florida, who passed away on October 15, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Ralph Spicer; and her siblings, James Passero (Helen) and Jane Postle (George). She is survived by : her family, Elaine Spicer, Joanne Hogan, Greg Spicer (Terri), Ingrid Fleming (Chris), Gordon Spicer (Sue), Tammie Messineo, Michael Passero (Deborah) and Sharon Lewis. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.

In her memory, contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
