Bryant George Bernhard Obituary
Bryant George Bernhard, 54, of Florida went home to be with his Lord Jesus Christ on June 13, 2025. He was born on January 25, 1971, in Allentown, PA, and moved to Florida in 2017. Earlier this year, he heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ and turned his life over to Him.
Bryant is survived by his loving daughters, Kassondra Bishop & husband Robert and daughter Kaitlynn & her family. He was predeceased by his parents Nancy (2006) & George (2020) Bernhard. Bryant is also remembered by many lifelong friends along with his former spouse, Tonya Bernhard, with whom he shared many meaningful years with.
During his life he worked for his family business, Bernhard’s Sales & Service, and was the lead singer in the former country cover band, Gritzz. A few things Bryant enjoyed were German cars, cooking, singing karaoke, watching Pittsburgh Steelers & Penguins games, and spending time with friends & family.
He battled with an alcohol & opioid use disorder for many years which his body was no longer able to sustain. Losing his mother back in 2006 broke his heart and lead him down this path. If you or someone you love need help and support for an addiction please call 1-800-662-HELP (4357).
We are planning a celebration of Bryant’s life on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 2:00pm at Grace Baptist Church Located at 1703 Taylor Rd., Port Orange, FL 32128.
