In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Darus had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Darus may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Weisner; and his stepson Thomas (Deborah). He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Karen (Luigi) and Katherine (Richard). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Deltona Memorial Funeral Home (1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
