He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lively; his stepdaughter Bridgett Young; his stepgrandchildren, Layla, Piper Bowen, Louis Lively (Angie), Vivian Munger (Mark), Floyd Lively (Deb) and Robert Lively (Theresa); David Lively (Sara). He is also survived by 11 nephews, 15 nieces, 55 great-nephews and great-nieces, 7 great-great-nieces and nephews, many cousins, and countless friends.
