He is survived by: his significant other Kimberly Renee Palmer; his children, Kristina Dial (Matthew Dial), Edward Wayne Palmer II (Jessica Palmer) and Kenneth Daniel Palmer (LeiAnn Palmer); his grandchildren, Kaycee, Emma, Kaleb, Jaxon, Julie, Layla and Jase; and his siblings, Tim, April and Brandy.
