He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Nicholas and Colette Nicholas (McCulloch); and his sister Marian. He is survived by: his wife Pollyann Nicholas; his daughter Mary Diego (Frank); and his siblings, Jack and Jan. He is also survived by four grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
