He is survived by: his wife Alma Ruth Broad Scroggins of Orange City, Florida; his daughter Dena Michelle Scroggins Skinner (Billy) of DeLand, Florida; his grandchildren, Morgan Scroggins, Mason Scroggins, Mia Scroggins and William Skinner; his sister Phyllis Logsdon of Scottsville, Kentucky; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Evelyn Fredenburgh, Terry Boggs, Pam Phillips and Angela Scroggins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
