He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otto Paul Bullinger and Beatrice Rapp Bullinger; his wife Sandra Bullinger; his son Joshua; his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his granddaughters, Raegan and Riley; and his brothers, Ronald and Andrew. He was also cherished by many other family members and friends.
Bruce and I were married 52 years... he was my friend, my lover, confidant but most of all after we survived COVID together then we were attached to the hip.
