It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolin Pomare-Archbold (Orange Park, Florida), who passed away on May 10, 2026, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Carolin may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Icil Brandt and Laureano Pomare; and her husband Earl "Turo" Archbold. She is survived by: her children, Justis Archbold, Margarita Pomare-McDonald, Miguel Pomare (Marqueta) and Marvin Elliott (Shandell); and her siblings, Luther Pomare, Calvin Pomare, Vines Pomare and Elisabeth Walcott. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
