She was predeceased by: her parents, Vicente Abenir and Segundina Abenir; and her siblings, Wilfredo Abenir and Ofelia Abenir Salmorin. She is survived by: her husband Troy Allen Joseph Weibelt; her sons, Daniel Lee Weibelt (Nellie Noble Weibelt) and Scott Andrew Weibelt; her grandchildren, Graci Li Weibelt, Juni Don Weibelt, Alexandria Rose Noble and Leah Rae Noble; and her brothers, Vicente Abenir Jr. and Alexander Abenir.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association in dedication to Cecilia Weibelt.
